    Hey @UPS I have a tracking number that has no tracking information and then today I get a text saying that I was missed for delivery when I was clearly home. I have no clue what this package is since there’s no info.

    @UPS Whoever you have double-checking package weight and measurements needs to quit scamming / extorting people. If my measurements were a fraction an inch off, and should have been rounded up, fair enough. But when someone unidentifiable randomly decides my 7 lb, 15x12x11 inch package was actually 17 lbs and 24x16x13 inches... ...and there is ZERO way to object or have the problem investigated, and I just get a bill with a threat to either pay up or be turned in to collections...well, that's simply extortion.

    @UPS why am I paying express delivery if my parcel is going to be stuck with no scan in Finglas for more than 15 days? Do I have to go there myself to find it?

    @UPS why is it that yall don’t update packages for weeks. A “We’re sorry, delivery is taking longer than expected” when the package has been in my city for over a week with no update is insane

    Dear @UPS Your ******* Service (PRE SHIPMENT) is so bad, i just paid an extra $35 bucks to ship something with a different carrier... Imagine the ******* Frustration you drive someone too, for them to do this. I will forever be routing against you.

    @Torrid @UPS why why why would you hand off to local USPS to make final delivery??? Package was NOT delivered actually lol. Thanks for nothing can I have my money back? Insane.

    Hey @UPS can I get a little help on my Worldwide Express package that has been sitting in Louisville for 36 hours? I paid for a 1-3 business day delivery and it's already been two full business days? What are you people doing?

    @UPS what is the point of giving estimated delivery times if you are not going to keep even close to them - I planned to be home for a delivery you said would be between 2 and 6 pm that I now missed because you tried to deliver it at 11:30 am - now I have to wait until Monday

    @UPS you have a bunch of drivers in San Francisco that don’t do the jobs you’ve assigned to them. They mark packages as ‘attempted delivery’. When in fact no one has shown up to deliver anything and this is over a span of multiple days.
