One of the if not the worst run company currently operating is @FedEx/@FedExHelp there is ALWAYS an issue, ALWAYS, never fails!! Combined with the fact their customer service is a -5 on a scale of 1-10. If you own a business and you ship anything do yourself a favor and use @UPS!

@UPS my delivery was not even attempted because the “address is incorrect”. I assure you that is a lie and my address is indeed correct. Why was my package not delivered?

@UPS is horrible. Truck passes my residence, doesn't try to contact me and leaves. Then when I try to change my delivery it keeps saying invalid phone number when there is no spot for a damn phone number

@UPS I've been on the phone for over an hour. Transferred 5 times. All to be disconnected. I scheduled a pickup on a Thurs for Friday delivery. UPS didn't pick it up till Friday and delivered it on Monday and then charged me over $250.00 for overnight service.

@UPS No, I went through customer service twice! Finally it got delivered to a house to blocks down the street. That lady was nice enough to call me and tell me she had my package. For years I never had problems with UPS deliveries....
