Understand profit is high priority but customer satisfaction should be at par.

I do not feel like my packages are safe being delivered via ups if your drivers aren’t looking at the correct address. Something needs to be done ASAP. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.

I hate what Brown POS dos to me. @FedEx I commend you guys for always being outstanding.
