    @UPS I waited all day yesterday just to get ahold of someone and my problem was never resolved. I do not feel like my packages are safe being delivered via ups if your drivers aren’t looking at the correct address. Something needs to be done ASAP. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

    **** @UPS I’ve never had so many problems with a delivery service. Even the rep I talked to was a nightmare of a person. Oh, and my package is still MIA without answers. Thanks a bunch.

    Dear @UPS Your ******* Service (PRE SHIPMENT) is so bad, i just paid an extra $35 bucks to ship something with a different carrier... Imagine the ******* Frustration you drive someone too, for them to do this. I will forever be routing against you.

    I have always been a big fan of @UPS, but lately I can't understand what is going on with what has always been a very reliable company. I have two deliveries that are "behind" and every day I get some message that says "Sorry we missed you", which is total nonsense since my wife or myself has been home all day every day. I've been getting that message for over a week for one of the packages on something I ordered from @Fabspeed. BTW....this isn't the first time it has happened....It also happened on the last item that came UPS, I thought it was an anomaly. Obviously not. I would rather not be lied to and just sent a note with an updated delivery date (like Amazon). Implying that you tried and it's my fault I don't have the package is rather bush league and annoying.

    @TMobileHelp your customer support/billing sucks. You sent a phone that @UPS lost and now charging me for it and then getting bounced between both customer service with no response

    @dell my order due on APRIL 2 isn’t coming UNTIL april 6. @Ups has stolen it. And zero customer service.

    I’m so done with @UPS twice now I’ve paid for ups surepost. $12 each time and both times you send it to the post office for delivery. My @USPS sucks *** and lose stuff all the time. Never using you again.

    Shipping companies like @ups and @fedex have delivery drivers who just simply do not want to do their job and do it correctly and well. Just more businesses taking shortcuts for easy pay at the expense of customers getting the products they ordered.

    @UPS @UPS are a prolific package carrying incompetant numpties. They seem to employ people whom have no idea what customer service means. 2nd parcel lost in 6 weeks, funny how it always seems to be the same depots. They seem to enjoy making the worst experience for the reciever.

    @UPS it has taken you guys 6 days to deliver a few boxes from Toronto to Winnipeg! How efficient!!! To make matters worse, no known delivery date! Awesome service UPS Canada!
