    @UPS amazing customer service my mother was getting a medical emergency package sent to her house and no one rings the door bell so the heat today messed with the medication. What a great job!! You should be ashamed!!! It takes 3 seconds to ring a door bell!!

    @UPS FYI: "Follow My Delivery" seems to crash on the app. It works on the computer, but the app crashes upon selection. Just letting you know.

    Hello @UPS one of your retard drivers just arrived at my house and didn’t fancy leaving a parcel in my safe place. Email says it will be next business day now. Funnily enough, I’ll be at work. Should I just cancel the order? Because your service is coming across third world.

    OMG @UPS 47 minutes so far and transferred to 6….yes 6 different people and still not able to pay my bill. And while on the line, now getting transferred a 7th time and it’s to a tracking site🤬 with a ridiculous wait time. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    Well the shipper can not change the delivery date on my @UPS Canada delivery. I certainly can't. I battled with their frustrating website, so I guess I will just have to spend some more of this cheap gas next week & drive all the way to their UPS store to get item. Goes outside and shakes fist and screams. Old enough when I remember when courier companies cared.

    literally watched the ups driver drive right past my apartment with my new phone that requires a signature & now my delivery time is pushed back 9 hours and i have to go to work in 2 hours. go to hell @UPS

    @UPS Worst delivery service in the country. @USPS has you beat by miles. @UPS absolute garbage of a service in every state i have lived customer service is all Indians. Just invest in a better AI system for ***** sake.

    @UPS your customer service lied to me all because the drivers on my route are too lazy to look for a house. I've lived here 4 years and only 1 of the 100s of packages I've had shipped via UPS has been delivered. AND I was told that it couldn't be held for me to pick up!

    One of the if not the worst run company currently operating is @FedEx/@FedExHelp there is ALWAYS an issue, ALWAYS, never fails!! Combined with the fact their customer service is a -5 on a scale of 1-10. If you own a business and you ship anything do yourself a favor and use @UPS!
