    Update on this: @UPS picked up the package 📦 yesterday and upgraded it to arrive In Austin today. S/O to good people like @SaraBillPhoto for reaching out to me and safekeeping the item until a delivery driver could pick it up. Very grateful for that!

    @UPSHelp Maybe the local office should have called when I informed them that the delivery information didn’t match the delivery location.

    .@UPS I sent a very special 2 day Saturday delivery pkg for my mom’s 77th birthday. Pkg showing delivered very late yesterday (9:18p), signed for by ‘oooo’ and isn’t at her house. Called customer service and have been disconnected twice. How do we make this right? #frustrating

    @EnglishUtopia @UPS Same thing happened to me and UPS is going around in circles trying deflect responsibility. I told Amazon not to use UPS for deliveries. If they say they have to, I will order elsewhere.

    Hey @UPS, I have a package that is stuck in Baltimore with no expected delivery time. A package sent from the same place at the same time arrived Saturday. Your phone system keeps hanging up on me. Who do I have to call to find out why my package has been in Bal for 3 days?

    Called customer service because @UPS lost about 11 packages of mine and the lady on the line goes “That’s not surprising.” Lmaooo

    @UPSHelp This has been the most unhelpful customer service experience ever. Our driver left the package with someone named, X, nobody by that name works here. Well, then fill out our online form. @UPSHelp forgot that the last part was Help At least you don’t pretend to be customer service

    @UPS I appreciate the prompt response @UPS but I have to say it was less then satisfying - wait for Tuesday someone will deal with you then is not a good response for your failure to deliver a premium package (2 day Saturday delivery). #disappointed

    @UPS y’all service sucks! You have drivers who don’t make deliveries and then mark deliveries that require a signature as attempted without even trying to attempt the delivery. Straight up lying. It’s lazy,I literally watched a driver skip my house and put delivery attempted. POS

    @UPS and @mercari_app , I’m very upset with the lack of attention either one of your companies have given me in retrieving my misplaced package . Terrible service. @mercari_app To lose my package with no recovery or a live agent to speak with.

    @UPS a driver has repeatedly smashed our packages, does not attempt delivery, and tried to start a fight while my child was present and walking in the street. Local office suspended once but won’t take seriously. Now refusing delivery.

    @UPS You have a serious theft issue at your North Las Vegas Distribution Center. Guns and ammo related items are going missing at a high rate. I had 2 serialized frames go out for delivery at 9:29am and at 11:10am were suddenly damaged. I have contacted the Las Vegas ATF.

    @UPS why does your customer service suck so bad? You lie to me about my delivery time and they’ll tell people, “we can’t contact our drivers” which is a blatant lie. Your business model of lying about everything isn’t going to end well for anyone.

    @UPS A very "funny" company that sends me e-mails with TWO delivery dates for the SAME package in the same e-mail. And this same message has been sent to me several times in the last 24 hours. I'm not laughing.

    what is going on @UPS ?? first the delivery is a day late, and now delivery time goes from 11-3 to 9 pm. And I am watching the driver make circles around our house. When is my package getting delivered??!
