    @UPS has the worst customer service! They have made it nearly impossible to speak to actual representatives! 10 different stories about where my package is. 5 days later and still lost! My advice ship with someone else

    @UPS we attempted to deliver you package!…you did? Where is my delivery attempt notification? The driver logged it in the system didn’t leave the note! Interesting I don’t see that when I attempt to track my package…crickets

    Places order on THURSDAY for next day shipping. @UPS has now sent me a 3rd delay email! If you lost my package just say that. I hate #ups and now I don’t have my suit in time for my interview 😢

    So @Macys is jus my as pathetic as @UPS is. UPS damaged my package during shipping. Macy’s won’t do reship me the same item. They said they have to wait until UPS returns the item to them then they will issue a refund. Then we would have to start the process all over again.

    Ordered my sister a @Coach purse for Christmas only to find out that the package says delivered but nothing was left on the porch😡😒 So customer service rep CJ says 90% of his calls are people complaining about not receiving their packages from @UPS #UPS

    @bitchbi45 @sinbadthered @UPS Don’t even get me started. I paid $30 extra dollars to have it here this past weekend and it’s just now “out for delivery”. As soon as I have it secured I’m calling the company to get my money back for the “expedited shipping” because...no.

    @UPS Interesting how Walmart can tell a person TO THE MINUTE when their delivery will arrive, but UPS, a company that only ships and delivers, can't narrow it down to less than 2.5 hours. Incompetence at its finest. Time to use FedEx and others more frequently.

    @amazon @AmazonHelp maybe you guys know of these issues internally already but I see posts from the past year at least with this same sort of issue. @UPS is not having packages delivered marking them miltiple times as “attempted delivery” no show. No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

    I never thought I would have to say this. @UPS is slower than USPS. Ever since COVID, the big package delivery companies UPS, @FedEx have gotten worse and worse. They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.

    @UPS all this 💩company does it lie and never delivery my packages. 4 years in business and I have missed over 50 plus packages as their workers are way to lazy to even walk up to my doorbell and ring it yet they always say attempted. I hate what Brown POS dos to me. @FedEx I commend you guys for always being outstanding.
