    What is one to do when my @UPS package needs a signature. Yet I'll never be home in time to sign for it or the Holding hub is to far away. I don't have a way to get to the hub. Iive right behind a UPS facility where they have a customer service center where I picked up items....

    Just dealt with two of the worst @UPS customer service representatives. Hopefully I get my package otherwise I will be calling bank of America and saying the whole package was fraud.

    EXACTLY 24 HOURS LATER & @UPS @UPSHelp HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK ONCE WITH THE SUPERVISOR THAT I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY THAT LIED TO ME! NOT ONE SINGLE CALL! THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PICK UP THE PHONE & CALL ME REGARDING MY @officedepot THAT HAVE BEEN ON THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK FOR 8 DAYS NOW!

    @UPS @FedExOffice @Walgreens All your locations in Silver Spring, MD advertising “passport photo services” except 2 of them don’t and the other the machine is as broke. Might be an issue you all need to remedy coming out of a pandemic

    Really wish @Apple would give us the choice of @Fedex via @UPS. @UPS is just terrible. Third year iPhone delivery is messed up. Next year I’ll just do store pick up.

    @UPS Just called in but couldn’t get connected to a real person. Our package has said “Out for Delivery” every day since Monday, but isn’t arriving. And now we’re heading out of town. Can you help?

    .@UPS @UPSHelp has got me to be most FULL OF **** delivery service!!!!! I have never been lied to like this by SUPERVISORS for over a week and I STILL haven’t received my packages for my business.

    @UPS I’m a premium MyChoice member and my incoming package won’t sync with my account. I was bounced around on the phone between customer service and tech support with no resolution. How can this be fixed?

    I have always been a big fan of @UPS, but lately I can't understand what is going on with what has always been a very reliable company. I have two deliveries that are "behind" and every day I get some message that says "Sorry we missed you", which is total nonsense since my wife or myself has been home all day every day. I've been getting that message for over a week for one of the packages on something I ordered from @Fabspeed. BTW....this isn't the first time it has happened....It also happened on the last item that came UPS, I thought it was an anomaly. Obviously not. I would rather not be lied to and just sent a note with an updated delivery date (like Amazon). Implying that you tried and it's my fault I don't have the package is rather bush league and annoying.

    @UPS A very "funny" company that sends me e-mails with TWO delivery dates for the SAME package in the same e-mail. And this same message has been sent to me several times in the last 24 hours. I'm not laughing.

    Hey @UPS what kind of scam is this? Ordered an @Apple iPad to be delivered to my home, and I get a text that I have to reply within 12 hours to change this or my package gets delivered to an Access Point? Is Apple aware you're trying to cheap out on delivery?

    @UPSers @UPS My package arrived this morning to my local hub then they now are shipping it back to the previous hub it just came from aind changed delivery day from today to tomorrow? Any ideas

    @UPS_Canada @UPS Your pathetic delivery service has resulted in 2 lost packages, one of very high value. I hope you rot in hell you lying sacks of ****. "Weather Delay". We haven't had any ******* weather delays. 2 weeks, packages haven't moved.

    @UPS I'm trying to change a delivery time since I won't be home. You managed to 📅 it at the exact time I won't be home. MyUPS is worthless. I click on change delivery, and all that happens is a window pops up with the delivery. Useless.

    OMG @UPS 47 minutes so far and transferred to 6….yes 6 different people and still not able to pay my bill. And while on the line, now getting transferred a 7th time and it’s to a tracking site🤬 with a ridiculous wait time. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    @UPS Your AI customer service is atrocious, as is your off-shore customer service. My package has still not been delivered and all I keep being told, after waiting here all day for it (because it requires a signature) is that "it's zero stops away" (for over a half hour)!!!
