    I’m imploring you @UPSHelp @UPS: please someone there take responsibility for delivering the package that every single day this week you’ve confirmed is coming that day, then it never arrives, nor the promised 10am service call. There is a problem: do the right thing.

    Dear @UPS Your ******* Service (PRE SHIPMENT) is so bad, i just paid an extra $35 bucks to ship something with a different carrier... Imagine the ******* Frustration you drive someone too, for them to do this. I will forever be routing against you.

    what is going on @UPS ?? first the delivery is a day late, and now delivery time goes from 11-3 to 9 pm. And I am watching the driver make circles around our house. When is my package getting delivered??!

    @UPS I am trying to reach your technical support for weeks. You guys never respond to support requests. I am trying to integrate an api and while creating an app, the portal keeps throwing error and thr is no way to get your atten: @FedEx is way better, all automated.
