@tdstelecom No I will not do this as at this point it feels like a run around sadly. I am not sure what I am supposed to trouble shoot when the outage is so extensive. I did that once before for hours only to learn it WAS an outage like this. Thank you for your response

.@tdstelecom at the beginning of Covid and during supply chain issues you added a recovery fee of 2.99 to every bill just because you could. Since you have made a $5M+ profit the last two years you have recovered. Time to remove the fee. #CorporateGreed

@tdstelecom Why is your service so bad? Internet here was down since Saturday night. I've had the technician out for the last two days. Had internet last night. Wake up to Internet cutting in and out all morning.

@tdstelecom I wonder if it would help sales. I think that a month of internet and tv options. Tds gives the subscribers a coupon pamphlet. This would help other businesses too
