    In 1999 my dad refused to pay a $27 T-Mobile phone bill. Dad canceled the account, his credit cards, changed phone numbers and switched to Sprint. so T-Mobile owns Sprint now, and I've never seen the man happier that after 23 yrs they forget about him.

    Stabbing myself to death with tiny needles would be less painful than waiting for @att to answer me. It has been the worst trade in deal that I had to deal with. It’s just horrible. I’m seriously considering T-Mobile or Verizon.

    Shipping in October is a good sign to me, because based on my experience delivering T-Mobile Sidekicks every year, there are only two windows to ship a new consumer product: October and March-May. If you slip in autumn, it's bad because of holidays (religious, Chinese, Korean).

    What can I do to get someone to listen at T-MOBILE about this total railroad and being forced into a 2 year contract in which I never agreed to or signed up for but there is real stipulations if I don't follow thru and do what they tell me to do. I can't even get an upgrade

    Anyone trying to reach me via phone or text be advised @TMobileHelp is apparently having some cross connection issues. Apparently some guy is getting my calls & calls from his phone show up w/ my number. My texts appear to be coming from a weird address as well.

    @TMobileHelp I already waited 90 days and only got 225 out of the 400 promised. Now the Customer care including the escalated Manager (Travis) is indirectly accepting, T-Mobile misled to close the sale.

    @Simon_Ingari @TMobile got in a ton of trouble because they told us we weren't allowed to share our salaries with each other. That's actually against the law you have every right to share your salary it's how you prevent inequality in the workplace
