    @Ask_Spectrum Resorting to T-mobile hotspot to WFH. Thank goodness that’s reliable bc Spectrum you’ve been out for days. When will service return? And will I still pay a full bill for your failure to provide agreed service? Contract agreements are a 2-way street you know.

    @TMobileHelp Friday was a nightmare. Not only did your network team fail, but so did your support team. I woke up at 5:00 and it took me 3 hours to buy the phone. And that’s because I gave up. I lost out on sleep and I lost out on a 2K job shooting a music video.

    @TMobileHelp Richard could you come assist? Since Gabrielle is busy, it’s 24-26 mins apart responses when I respond immediately I am HOT connected to WiFi at McDonald’s bus been trying to get some full attention help for over a hour

    @TMobileHelp Waiting to see what Amazon has when they release their satellite system. I'd go Starlight,but seeing them partnered with T-Mobile,I think I'll wait or go cable.Paying for an American service but using Canadian servers isn't what I signed up for.

    @TMobileHelp I click on the chat icon it askes for a passcode I tried several times and it keeps saying server issues. I just need to talk to someone about my account and about getting credit for a line I didn't have and was kept being charged after I closed my account out

Local PD refusal tracks with the suppression pattern. Head to FBI Miami/Ft Lauderdale field office directly with the full evidence packet—they take cybercrime reports involving minors and can pull in the OIG angle. Call 305-944-9100 to start. For custody enforcement, file contempt motion in family court ASAP with this as new proof. Florida Bar at 800-342-8011 for quick attorney referral. Update me with the FBI response if you want review.
