    @970040d3d48e4bd @TMobileHelp @NevilleRay Right. Before when I just had sprint it was great. But the merger made my service trash. 2 or 3 times a day my data just stops working and I have to restart my phone.

    @danielandsamant @JohnLegere @TMobile @sprint The 5 lines for 100 is only a promotion for 12 months with sprint they also charge taxes on top of their service plans after the promotion the plans go up 70 bucks and is only for NEW customers after i use to be a rep for sprint for 6 yrs i recently left to join the magenta team

    Used all my data for the month in ONE WEEK. {new record} I sincerely blame the Super Bowl and reigning Champs, the @Chiefs. I have a problem @TMobile Also fully regretting letting my brother talk me out of the unlimited data package I had. 😠

    Just when I thought I'd seen everything in terms of #badcustomerservice @TMobile went out of their way to make their insurance on phones worse than what Sprint had and then forced Sprint customers into it. Way to incentivize your repair stores to never keep anything useful!

    I didn’t think my support experience with @TMobile @TMobileHelp could be worse. Yes, my personal hotspot still isn’t working. I stopped by the @TMobile store, and there is ONE employee there who informs be there are EIGHT customers in front of me in the queue…

    @TMobileHelp I don't understand why I have literally no service with a T-Mo tower literally on top of my work. I HAVE to use text for my job and cannot. Restarting does nothing. Wifi doesn't get me cell service for text.

    Just cut my internet bill from $70/mo to $30/mo by switching from Google Fiber to @TMobile 5G internet. So far, excellent signal and speed! I’d recommend.

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    T-Mobile, I have had the worst experience as a business customer and it hasn’t even been a month. I can’t log into my account and you don’t have 24 hour phone support. This is ridiculous. You’re a major carrier and don’t have phone support for your business customers @TMobile

    @JuneSaint146134 @TMobileHelp Yea I have been with them awhile, it honestly depends who working the account, some of the agents do go above and beyond and assist and some are just mean and don’t care and don’t use their resources to help.

    @TMobileHelp I’ve had the WORST experience with your agents for over a month. They’ve done everything from charge my account improperly for 2 phones I never got to changing my phone plan without my permission.
