    @TMobile so I’m porting over all my service at a store, and during the credit check they ask how old my father is. He died 7 years ago, and I have to keep repeating this standing in the middle of the store to some guy in a call center. WTF. He was 65 when he died 7 years ago.

    I needed to quickly add 5G hotspot to my iPad. TLife and website say I must call. So I call. $35 a month is the only option?? Also you don't offer 5G hotspot...? @TMobile is a joke! I'm glad I have both @Verizon and @Mintmobile that are able to fill the gaps in my tmo service!

    @TMobile not sure what network changes you have made in the last few weeks, but your service in both St Louis and Kansas City the last few weeks is unusable with calls constantly dropping. OnePlus13, Moto Edge+ 2023, and Samsung S25. Samsung is on a separate TMO Account.

    Just cut my internet bill from $70/mo to $30/mo by switching from Google Fiber to @TMobile 5G internet. So far, excellent signal and speed! I’d recommend.

    @COgirlWIworld Everyone told us our phones wouldn’t work here with T-mobile so we switched to AT&T before we moved. Never had service anywhere. Switched back to T-Mobile and have had no issues ever since. 😎

    @carolecadwalla Visited Lebanon twice - in 2022 and 2025. Apple map was not useable at all. Google map was decent. For some reason, Lebanon has very bad coverage in terms of everything. You need a local sim and none of your T-mobile or AT&T or whatever works.

    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change

    I initially would have had the Samsung A13 reactivated by now but I was told by MetroPCS that some genius at T-Mobile declared the phone stolen and blacklisted. But it’s been sitting in my drawer for over three years. It’s too bad because for a 2022 phone it had a really good camera.

    @TMobileHelp I am on the phone yet again with the retards from customer service. @TMobile is by far the worst cell phone provider to deal with. Absolutely no cooperation. If you would like to pick a T-Mobile store that I should go to and harass the employees and customers that's fine.
