    Hearing my parents yell on the phone with Sprint to non-US based customer service makes me wish I could get them to switch to @TMobile @JohnLegere… of course, they just upgraded phones and were lied to about prices

    @TMobile Why cant I use my Visa debit as a credit card..ive been a customer for over 3 yrs. Its upsetting that u guys havent figured out how to do that!!

    @NevilleRay @rootmetrics @TMobile Well I'm in Florida and TMOBILE are sucking hard I have TMOBILE antennas they sent to get service in my home , I gotta use wifi bout to jump to Verizon or Spectrum but unsure if Spectrum works over seas 🤔🤔

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp went to switch from #Sprint to #TMobile & of course the system was down. The smooth transition promised is making me make a 2nd trip to the store after spending nearly 1.5hrs in the store .... talk about a bad start to this new relationship

    @TMobileHelp Yeah you guys "already did me that favor" from bringing down my initial payment deposit from $900 to $800 or $600. Thanks but no thanks to your special offers. Dealing with @TMobile gives me nothing but anxiety...over the phone, in person, dm...you all sing a different tune

    @TMobile @krispykreme And for what....a year later when I'm finally ready to get my daughter the latest IPhone, I still have to put down $800 for a phone. Absolute joke! What's the point of a credit increase if you guys are still treating me like I'm a brand new customer

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    T-Mobile, I have had the worst experience as a business customer and it hasn’t even been a month. I can’t log into my account and you don’t have 24 hour phone support. This is ridiculous. You’re a major carrier and don’t have phone support for your business customers @TMobile

    @JuneSaint146134 @TMobileHelp Yea I have been with them awhile, it honestly depends who working the account, some of the agents do go above and beyond and assist and some are just mean and don’t care and don’t use their resources to help.

    @TMobileHelp I’ve had the WORST experience with your agents for over a month. They’ve done everything from charge my account improperly for 2 phones I never got to changing my phone plan without my permission.
