    @TMobileHelp @NevilleRay I already have a solution, I’m not switching to T-Mobile. Currently enrolled in Network Pass with my iPhone 13 Pro, on Day 30 of 90. Definitely not impressed, before, during & after the hurricane.

    Why @TMobile only gives promotion to new cudtomers?? I just payed over 2k so I can cancel 2 lines and bring my bill down. Crazy!!! @GetSpectrum throw me your best deal to see if its time for a change.

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp maybe let your customers on the east coast know that the offers through TMT won't work right now because online ordering is shut down in FL for BK and Taco Bell. Just wasted too much time with a nasty TB manager.

    @NevilleRay @rootmetrics @TMobile Well I'm in Florida and TMOBILE are sucking hard I have TMOBILE antennas they sent to get service in my home , I gotta use wifi bout to jump to Verizon or Spectrum but unsure if Spectrum works over seas 🤔🤔

    @TMobileHelp Went to Corporate office, The hack or 'breach' does effect your whole account. They reset my PIN and I was able to login. 'High Security' was a huge Nuisance and waste of 3 days!! Stop lying about the fallout of the Hack to customers!!

    Tmobile turned into the biggest joker of 2019. The most embarrassing incident of this new year happened yesterday 31 December 2019 at 3pm when tmobile entire network shut down and left millions of customers out of service and still now experiencing faulty connections.

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    T-Mobile, I have had the worst experience as a business customer and it hasn’t even been a month. I can’t log into my account and you don’t have 24 hour phone support. This is ridiculous. You’re a major carrier and don’t have phone support for your business customers @TMobile

    @JuneSaint146134 @TMobileHelp Yea I have been with them awhile, it honestly depends who working the account, some of the agents do go above and beyond and assist and some are just mean and don’t care and don’t use their resources to help.

    @TMobileHelp I’ve had the WORST experience with your agents for over a month. They’ve done everything from charge my account improperly for 2 phones I never got to changing my phone plan without my permission.
