    @Dra0i12 @MyStraightTalk Try calling on your working ST phone to have your wife’s ST phone number put on a new ST only phone just to have the CSR **** you off on the store, hang up on you and take your phone out of the system so you have 2 paid-for phones and plans but no working phones. Worst CS ever.

    @MyStraightTalk i just called and got the automated voice, and it says that your network is doing maintenance right now. Till March 10th and it's said that it would not mess with my service but it has i don't have 4 or 5G connection right now. Please fix this

    @Saxon3G @MyStraightTalk Hey thank you for that. I popped my SIM card from my iPhone to my pixel phone and I have service I did switch services but I am waiting for the new SIM card in the mail. This way I have service in the mean time. Thanks again!

    @MyStraightTalk So you’re saying over the last week, there’s been such a large increase in usage in my area that it has slowed me down by 50-60%? Not a chance. That’s not the issue.

    Avoid @MyStraightTalk from @Walmart Trust me on this @MyStraightTalk experience using a hotspot has been nothing less than a nightmare.. Website is disfunctional,, their automated system is tech-tarded. Connection speeds are horrible and device software for interactions suck.

    @MyStraightTalk I have been a customer now for over 12 years and the customer service for this company is just absolutely horrible. Today I have been at my desk for nearly 10 hours trying to get my new sim card to work. Over 4 hours of phone time. 3 or 4 call backs. Still no fix

    Hey @MyStraightTalk can you explain why for some reason when my god daughters mother calls and calls for over a week for her SIM card to be unlocked you guys never EVER help. That email you guys say you send but NEVER actually send is ridiculous!
