    Hey @AskStraightTalk Ever since making me change my SIM card, the service is terrible! I’m usually down to one bar, two at the most and cannot get internet most of the time. Never had a problem until switching to a Verizon card. I can’t use my phone at home or at work! 😡

    @MyStraightTalk I Will not call 1-877-430-CELL(2355) somebody needs to call me for my issue a what have been going on! Been a value customer for years an get treated like my contribution to the company haven’t made @MyStraightTalk more successful!

    @MyStraightTalk Are you apologizing for losing my number during porting? Or for the many outright lies your service reps told me? Or for the dozens of “customer care” reps I’ve gone through, each more inept than the one before? Close up shop before you are forced into bankruptcy.

    @MyStraightTalk i am contacting the news cast to have them air how ****** ur service is. I have been without a phone for a week and half i have called the customer service line and used the stupid chat box with no help. I have waited hours and hours on hold. I have screenshots.

    @MyStraightTalk I've called over and over and each time I have to exhaust all the options with the standard support before they'll transfer me to the higher level of support. Then they always try some things and tell me to call back in 24 hours.

    @AskStraightTalk why do you guys sell the home wifi routers at a Walmart when there isn't a viable "service area" within 50 miles of it? Seems kind of more like a way of scamming people than providing "contract free" service plans.

    @imnotabotbiatch Sounds very frustrating. Probably an issue with your SIM card. I would see if they can replace it assuming you can ever get a hold of someone in .@MyStraightTalk customer service.

    Hey @MyStraightTalk can you explain why for some reason when my god daughters mother calls and calls for over a week for her SIM card to be unlocked you guys never EVER help. That email you guys say you send but NEVER actually send is ridiculous!

    Absolute worst cell service provider I have ever worked with. If you are thinking about using them just don't. If you do hopefully you never have an issue because you will get nowhere. @MyStraightTalk

    @MyStraightTalk We gave the email address on file too. Why can’t MFA go to the email address??? At this point it doesn’t matter. The Verizon employee had an unlocked phone and allowed us to put the SIM card in her phone. He no longer has use your terrible company for cellular service.

    @Krissbettaspeak @MyStraightTalk Right and they keep telling you to call customer service customer service is the issue and they will not let you speak with a supervisor or anything but trafone is over them I just sent out a email to them as well as bbb because they have to be held accountable.

    @MyStraightTalk was on phone for an hour answering customer services question, told I would be transfered to a new department and to be hung up on. ordered a new phone with redeemed anniversary device credit that didn't apply the -$100 off order. PLEASE EMAIL ME ABOUT MY ORDER
