    @Dra0i12 @MyStraightTalk Try calling on your working ST phone to have your wife’s ST phone number put on a new ST only phone just to have the CSR **** you off on the store, hang up on you and take your phone out of the system so you have 2 paid-for phones and plans but no working phones. Worst CS ever.

    @MyStraightTalk I have been a customer now for over 12 years and the customer service for this company is just absolutely horrible. Today I have been at my desk for nearly 10 hours trying to get my new sim card to work. Over 4 hours of phone time. 3 or 4 call backs. Still no fix

    @MyStraightTalk I purchased a @MyStraightTalk phone. It worked for 2 weeks. What followed was the most frustrating customer service experienced I've ever experienced. 4 months later, I still haven't gotten a refund.

    Hey @MyStraightTalk can you explain why for some reason when my god daughters mother calls and calls for over a week for her SIM card to be unlocked you guys never EVER help. That email you guys say you send but NEVER actually send is ridiculous!

    Pretty bad that my #Temu order shipped BEFORE my new iPhone 14 Pro Max from @MyStraightTalk and I even paid for over night shipping for it and it’s STILL not been shipped out! 🙄😡
