They collect & collect & when you need them they don’t pay, raise your rates or drop you completely. I’ve tried to get a$100 refund from them for 5 years & they keep making it out to my dead father. They’re horrible.

Hell I couldn’t afford to do that so they cancelled my insurance because I didn’t. That’s why I was paying for insurance.
