    @SIMPLEMobile I have been w/SM 4 over 7 years The iPhone 13 I bought had a cracked screen I have wasted over 3 with 3 diff reps No one can help me replace this defective iPhone I’m filing a complaint with the Federal&Florida Consumer Protection Agencies. #SimpleMobile is a scam

    @SIMPLEMobile the service is scam. Imagine them telling you that you have ran out of data when you are paying for unlimited internet.

    @SIMPLEMobile - Make this make sense. I can't add a device to my account because I just have a hotspot. So I tried to delete my account and I can't, because I only have a hotspot. Oh yeah, and your phone support hung up on me. I regret giving you my money.
