    @SIMPLEMobile by far THE WORST phone company to EVER exist!! Switched my sim and told you guys it wasn’t working and the whole month went by without me having a phone. Your agents DO NOT help AT ALL and you guys reply to every tweet with the same bullshit. You guys suck!!!

    @SIMPLEMobile I have been w/SM 4 over 7 years The iPhone 13 I bought had a cracked screen I have wasted over 3 with 3 diff reps No one can help me replace this defective iPhone I’m filing a complaint with the Federal&Florida Consumer Protection Agencies. #SimpleMobile is a scam

    @SIMPLEMobile - Make this make sense. I can't add a device to my account because I just have a hotspot. So I tried to delete my account and I can't, because I only have a hotspot. Oh yeah, and your phone support hung up on me. I regret giving you my money.

    @SIMPLEMobile It was in the Spring of 2020 I bought an inexpensive phone at a Dollar General in Lufkin, Texas. I was having trouble getting a cell signal so I manually searched. Many signals came up... they weren't named normally. They were labeled Home #1 Home #2, etc, etc. Unable to connect

    @SIMPLEMobile There is nothing wrong with my device the tech department did a test my phone is fine it is your service I called customer service they are not able to help me or can identify the issue with your service I am paid up till@the 19th of February this is unacceptable

    @SIMPLEMobile Listen guys, I really don't want to start tagging random celebrities so that my tweets can get attention. I have been struggling FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH WITH MY CELL SERVICE. I HAVE SPENT 6 HOURS ON PHONE CALLS SO FAR. My heart and my brain legitimately hurt.
