    @SIMPLEMobile after purchasing the SIM card, paying for a plan, and entering the info to port my number I was told my sim wasn’t compatible for the the phone. I called customer service and was on the phone with a representative for 40 mins and he did absolutely nothing

    @SIMPLEMobile Hello, I keep having to manually refill my plan even though I opt for autopay EVERY month. I reached out to you last month with the same issue and u promised to resolve it. It is causing real issues. Can you please escalate this complaint?

    So the TF Portal has now deleted the activation zip codes for @SIMPLEMobile customers. I guess they were losing customers at an exceptionally fast rate and this was one way to slow the bleed.

    @SIMPLEMobile I have been w/SM 4 over 7 years The iPhone 13 I bought had a cracked screen I have wasted over 3 with 3 diff reps No one can help me replace this defective iPhone I’m filing a complaint with the Federal&Florida Consumer Protection Agencies. #SimpleMobile is a scam

    @SIMPLEMobile I just called Simple Mobile again. The agent did not understand me said I would be getting an email. I asked why the agent chat feature in my app was not working no lines for conversing. Very FRUSTRATED I paid my bill yesterday!! Please help blocked from earning reward points

    @SIMPLEMobile and this is the first time with this issue, so it seems that this is a big LIE in order to avoid fixing this situation. There is no mention about calling 24 hours in advance of a trip and the “fact” that it always happened in this way, plus no supervisor available to step up in
