    No internet service @Shentel when my neighbors still have it. An outage in Rustburg according to your automated message shouldn’t affect me if my neighbors still have service. Good customer service is NOT an automated message #internetdown

    @Shentel I sincerely hope you are addressing the service line issue at its source. Multiple phone calls and tech visits pointing to a larger service issue in the Forest area. 1/2

    @Shentel what a damn surprise. It’s off again. 5 nights in a row. About to quit. Better to have 10 mbs through frontier. At least I’ll actually have internet.

    Ever since @comcast @Xfinity move into the area, the other conaony @Shentel has had nothing but connection problems.

    Never mind this. @Shentel still sucks as the only broadband ISP in my area. No stream today, folks, and I don't know if I have the energy to deal with their tech support.

    Notice @gobrightspeed for making us wait at home 10am-7pm for install. Then, our third attempted help chat, after 7pm, punting the install to next week. $shen @Shentel abandoned us to yet another horrible situation. @GovernorVA internet is a utility. Virginians need help.

    @CardsFromAttic @Shentel Hard to imagine I know. If I were a smart leader I would do these maintenance updates I don’t know maybe overnight when the customer impact would be minimal.
