    @Shentel It won't let me pm you bc I am not verified. But my internet went out on the 28th or the 29th. I tried calling on the 30th and got nowhere, just 30 minutes on hold. Tried again on the 31st, went to an actual Shentel location and then called again finally got tech support. They...

    Again. @Shentel When will internet be restored in Russell county and St Paul virginia? It has been nearly 24 hours without an update or an estimated time of restoration. A lot of homes and businesses rely on consistent service.

    @Shentel Campbell County, Virginia. Higher plans doesn’t fix the issue though. That is still price gouging on customers your company knows has no other hardline choice. I don’t need more download, so why should I pay those markups just to get more upload?

    Thought I'd be waiting all day for the cable repair service (I got lucky with an 8-12 window) but by the Dora Malage, Thomas from @Shentel arrived here at roughly 9:30...so nice, even put on the blue foot booties we keep at the door for our carpet.

    @CardsFromAttic @Shentel Hard to imagine I know. If I were a smart leader I would do these maintenance updates I don’t know maybe overnight when the customer impact would be minimal.

    @Shentel Do better. If you're going to be down for 3 f***-ing days. At least send an email. Or better yet.. tech support could answer the damn phone for once. I have been on hold for 30 minutes plus 2 or 3 times today and still not reached a human being. Get your **** together.!

    @Shentel please post an update to your website as to what is going on with your email outage so that your customers can make informed decisions regarding how to proceed with email service. You just cannot be offline for 48+ hours like this and not communicate with your customers!

    @Shentel please tell me how/why I’m paying for service at 2 different locations and I haven’t had internet access at either one for hours now? imagine being able to afford 24 hour support dogshit bumpkin connection that’s almost as horrid as the apes you have working for you

    @GOC_Wrestling Xfinity is a bigger problem than the dead computer. Their service sucks. At least you don’t have to deal with @Shentel their service is worse than even Xfinity.

    @cocoayoc @Shentel Outage in parts of VA. Shentel & contractors are now on the scene making repairs. Electric line burned up some major fibers.

    @Shentel We don't have to choose only 1 though! That's the luxury of cutting the cord! So glad I cut the cord with you! Charging people $840 for 60 days of service on a package that was supposed to be $180 is wrong! U charge $15/tv extra u never tell about and the taxes and fees r crazy!

    @wvnottingham My Mom lives up off of 81 in the Shenandoah Valley and she’s always complaining about her internet. She gets like 15. @Shentel is horrible and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy.

    @Shentel So, when are we getting IPv6 deployed? We've only been out of new IPv4 since 2011 and ya'll have let it drag on this long. Time to put the money to work where you claim it goes and upgrade the network.

    @Shentel I am in the 24141 zip code and have been having terribly intermittent internet. Also, I couldn’t help notice 24073 which is 5 mi from me has much cheaper internet plans. Will we get that or be forced to continue paying exorbitant rates?

    “Thanks” @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp, for making us wait at home 10am-7pm for Brightspeed install. Then, our third attempted help chat, after 7pm, punting the install to next week. $shen @Shentel abandoned us to yet another horrible situation.
