Jonathan Garbee (@JonGarbee) reported@Shentel Campbell County, Virginia. Higher plans doesn’t fix the issue though. That is still price gouging on customers your company knows has no other hardline choice. I don’t need more download, so why should I pay those markups just to get more upload?

You just cannot be offline for 48+ hours like this and not communicate with your customers!

Charging people $840 for 60 days of service on a package that was supposed to be $180 is wrong! U charge $15/tv extra u never tell about and the taxes and fees r crazy!
