    @Shentel what a damn surprise. It’s off again. 5 nights in a row. About to quit. Better to have 10 mbs through frontier. At least I’ll actually have internet.

    @Shentel I am in the 24141 zip code and have been having terribly intermittent internet. Also, I couldn’t help notice 24073 which is 5 mi from me has much cheaper internet plans. Will we get that or be forced to continue paying exorbitant rates?

    Want know about a company who has no idea how to have a great customer experience, look at @Shentel Working on their service to have better reliability all the while disconnecting my service while I work at home. This has been going on for over 4 days now. #pitiful
