  The worst decision @Shentel has made is switching to a streaming cable service. I’m trying to watch the College Football Playoff and my internet service is going in and out. Whoever’s bright idea this was needs to be fired. Unreal.

  Want know about a company who has no idea how to have a great customer experience, look at @Shentel Working on their service to have better reliability all the while disconnecting my service while I work at home. This has been going on for over 4 days now. #pitiful
