When I call reps give me the run around and give different answers. Now nobody will fix the problem that he created for an entire week! Your “customer service” is a joke.

The customer service people are horrible. One even left the chat after I asked what happened to my appointment and why did it get canceled.

ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?
