Travis Davis (@TLeeDavis) reported@quantumfiber My internet is out too. Person couldn’t come till Saturday and scheduled it and then got a text saying my appointment was Monday. The customer service people are horrible. One even left the chat after I asked what happened to my appointment and why did it get canceled.

georgep (@GeorgePan2) reported@quantumfiber I got an advertisement for $45 for Gigabyte internet. Excited I chatted with an agent who quickly said I cannot take advantage of it unless I cancel my existing quantum service and reapply for this new offer!!!!!! Is this the only option?

He shrugged, said he was fixing for someone else. Phone support was useless. Next door was just out for a week. He left our fiber dangling

Why am I here (@OldSaltSouth) reported@awstar11 @quantumfiber @ATT That sucks.We got lucky-our electric utility started running fiber and then offered internet service.Soon as it was available we switched from Spectrum. Awesome service. Hoping you get it resolved.
