They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

After dealing with the local store, offshore cust support and executive customer relations, it is clear that this mentality is woven throughout the entire organization.
