Roger Kimball (@rogerkimball) reportedWARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

Denver Smith (@DenverSmith1964) reported@optimum I will never return to Optimum. Everything is geared towards profit and little towards customer service. After dealing with the local store, offshore cust support and executive customer relations, it is clear that this mentality is woven throughout the entire organization.

Brian Sack (@brian_sack) reported@optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.
