    @optimum @OptimumHelp has the worst service. I have called and complained many times and got nowhere. They say everything is fine when it’s not. Internet is constantly cutting out making it impossible to do anything online including stream. #optimumsucks #streamingsucks

    @OptimumHelp my service is down AGAIN! The modem stopped connecting (again) so I reset it. Note it won’t accept passwords (again).

    @OptimumHelp going in day 7 with barely any internet. I only have service between the hours of about 7 pm to 6 am. I’m unable to work. This needs to be tended to immediately and not just push to another person. Maybe if I stop paying I’ll get service.

    @optimum came today with a new modem, turns out the modem that 3 reps told me was sent out on May 21, was not. As soon as the guy left, we lose internet, comes back on after a few minutes, same as always... Never happened with SECTV. Optimum is the worse!

    Said that they sent a new modem out but can't track the package, they know it was sent out on May 21, but can't provide a tracking number. @optimum said that they do not have a specific department to ship out products! Meanwhile I'm paying for horrible service!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum has the worst customer service. Their tech support is utterly useless and all they know how to do is read from a list of solutions and piss people off. I’ve been having internet issues for months and NO HELP from Optimum.

    @optimum I have had internet issues since you installed in January. Three modems later your last tech guy installed a modem, took off and FORGED MY NAME that the work was complete! Still no internet and my name was forged!!!

    @OptimumHelp @jjhicret please see DM for ongoing issue. new box finally received and we are unable to set up without tech ID. Disconnected 2x from customer service.

    @dandorf_8 @optimum I'm thinking the same will happen here, but trying everything, already purchased a new router. Sucks when they are the only internet provider, very frustrating.

    @OptimumHelp trying to get in contact with customer service x3 days w/o success. Need replacement box. Local store closed. Also tried to request service visit no luck. Please advise.

    @optimum took over for SECTV, and they are horrible. Nothing but problems from the time that they took over. Internet service is awful, customer service is horrible, internet cuts in and put all day.

    @OptimumHelp been without internet since Thursday. technician came yesterday, replaced box but found the issue was a damaged outside line. Been trying to reach your company since early this morning. No return call no email no nothing about when this issue will be fixed! 😡

    @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA When will me service issues if 3+ years be fixed? Not just me You Prey upon your customers with no other providers to go to. Please fix. I only been dealing with your corporate team for over 7 months for 3+ years of neglect! @colinschmitt can you assist?

    WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    So @optimum , where’s my refund for not having @MLBNetwork for the last 2 months? You’re providing your customers with less service and still charge the same prices? A refund is due. When should I expect to see it?

    These major corporations like @optimum and @UPS use India or Pakistan for their call centers, knowing a lot of us have trouble understanding these people but they care more about saving money than they do about their customers. And their customers are the ones making them money! Heck, those people in the call centers have trouble understanding us too. Why do big corporations do this? Is saving money more logical than helping your customers? Or, when it comes to making money, does logic just go out the window?

    @OptimumHelp @optimum I am setting up my DOCSIS 3.1 modem and would like to activate it with your internet service. I can provide the MAC address and my home address plus any other information that is needed. Can I provide that here via DM or should I call or submit online?
