    I don’t like to use this word, but I hate Altice Optimum @optimum The fact that in our town they have a monopoly and we can’t get another service provider is disgusting. They charge a lot of money and the service is deplorable at best. Get it together!

    @optimum how do I get service when you can’t answer the phones. I got cut off, I get no service and my internet is down! The internet is useless if it doesn’t work and your internet service is not working. Please explain how I can speak with someone to guide me. 201-892-1179

    2/2 @OptimumHelp couldn’t activate my brand new MB8600 and insisted there were wiring issues (despite a 1ft home run direct to where it enters my apartment and having no other issues whatsoever). So I’m stuck with this giant gaping security hole of a modem

    @OptimumHelp I call and request a call back and you don’t call back. I go on chat and wait for hours and you still can’t help. It is pathetic and shameful what you do for customer service

    @OptimumHelp spent 3 hours making a service change yesterday. Today you sent me the wrong bill. Spent another 2 hours on chat only for them to tell me I have to call. This is outrageous how you treat your customers.

    @OptimumHelp you just disconnected me after an hour on hold. I’m trying to disconnect service for my dead grandmother and you are trying to charge me for the entire next month. This is unconscionable customer service.

    @vjo @optimum The irony is that I am trying cable because the fiber provided by @verizonfios doesn’t work and they can’t fix it because they also don’t know what they are doing. And because of US monopolies, I have no other options.

    @optimumhelp been on with 12 different reps and supervisors after a rep messed up our home account, each one made it worse. We need an expert to unscrew this. I recommend/help 100s of businesses with their broadband in NJ and have never seen such a mess...

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)
