    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @optimum I will never return to Optimum. Everything is geared towards profit and little towards customer service. After dealing with the local store, offshore cust support and executive customer relations, it is clear that this mentality is woven throughout the entire organization.
