  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor There was no relief. The times the power came on was for only 10 or 15 minutes. That’s not enough when your house is 43 F.

  • maddogblues
MICHAEL TAYLOR (@maddogblues) reported from Red Oak, Texas

@oncor Just now updated another 2 hours!!! No damage to the transformer just so freakin cable! #oncorSucks

  • sarahlizdiaz
Sarah Diaz (@sarahlizdiaz) reported from Mansfield, Texas

@J_B_Lane @oncor @ERCOT_ISO Don’t spread dumb lies that stir up unneeded strife. I live in HP and we’ve been out since this all started. They don’t even care that we have a medically dependent child. Everyone on my street has been the same way. Your friend prob just happens to luckily be in a special zone.

  • maddogblues
MICHAEL TAYLOR (@maddogblues) reported from Red Oak, Texas

@oncor They aren’t even here where the lines are down, and apparently the transformer is bad...

  • ArilRale
LBMC🧁📚✈️ (@ArilRale) reported from Lakeland Heights, Texas

How did @ERCOT_ISO and @oncor decide who gets negatively affected by these “rolling outages” and who doesn’t? If I haven’t had power since 9am while others have been just fine, then it’s not rolling. It’s intentionally in particular areas, and someone needs to explain why!

  • veznkomo
Vez Nkomo (@veznkomo) reported from Mansfield, Texas

OMG @GovAbbott what criteria is being used for rolling blackouts? We have only had power for 2 hours in 24 in the Mansfield area. Other places like Frisco were only down for less than 2 hours. #ERCOT @reliantenergy @oncor

  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor I sure hope so, my bedridden mother’s temperature went down to 96 last night. She can’t last long in a house without heat

  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@wfaa @oncor @ERCOT_ISO We have been without power since Monday morning. My mother is bedridden and I cannot get her to warmer place. I am trying to keep her warm but fear it won’t be enough and gave to call 911 if her temperature drops. House is 40 F.

  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor There was no relief. The times the power came on was for only 10 or 15 minutes. That’s not enough when your house is 43 F.

  • tamprej
🌴🌴Tammy🌴🌴 (@tamprej) reported from Grand Prairie, Texas

@ERCOT_ISO @oncor One question. Why is my power been going on and off for hours and the houses across the street have not lost power at all?

@grandecom learn something from @oncor. I called earlier tonight and had to go through hoops just for your system to tell me that there was an outage. Yes I knew that. I call Oncor, that’s the first they tell me, no hoops. Fix your system, please.

Not a cloud in the sky, no wind and what do we get? ...another random @oncor power outage in Grapevine. One of about 10 we've average per year in our neighborhood over past 20 years. Never any explanation. Like living in third-world here.

  • HaviDahvi_5

@oncor Y’all are not providing updates yall just keep changing the time. Crazy to not have power with a freeze warning.

  • MrMisanthropst
    MrSeñor (@MrMisanthropst) reported

@oncor I have lived in TN,MN,WA and now TX (78660)...never have I ever experienced 9 outages within about a years time (including right now). If Texans were smart, we'd figure out how to file a class action lawsuit against you. I pay $500 +/- for electric when it works. You suck.

  • lowroda
    David Lowther (@lowroda) reported

It's shocking, regardless of where I move in TX, if it starts raining @oncor cannot keep the power on. It's literally only raining. Too hot? Power off. Rain or snow? Yup....power off. Someone farts too hard? Power off indefinitely. Can't keep the power on in any condition.
