However, this time I got a much less reassuring message to the effect that “we are currently unable to provide an estimate ...”. I have no idea what occurred since my prior call.

Philip Emrich (@PLEmrich) reported from Arlington, Texas@oncor 8/ I reset my alarm for 7 AM and went back to sleep. clearly not my best night’s sleep, but I was tired enough that I did manage to fall sleep again. ... Until my alarm woke me at 7. When I didn’t have power by 7.30 I called Oncor again and their automated system recognized me.

If I haven’t had power since 9am while others have been just fine, then it’s not rolling. It’s intentionally in particular areas, and someone needs to explain why!
