How did @ERCOT_ISO and @oncor decide who gets negatively affected by these “rolling outages” and who doesn’t? If I haven’t had power since 9am while others have been just fine, then it’s not rolling. It’s intentionally in particular areas, and someone needs to explain why!

  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@wfaa @oncor @ERCOT_ISO We have been without power since Monday morning. My mother is bedridden and I cannot get her to warmer place. I am trying to keep her warm but fear it won’t be enough and gave to call 911 if her temperature drops. House is 40 F.

  • annasilvas1
Anna (@annasilvas1) reported from Duncanville, Texas

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor There was no relief. The times the power came on was for only 10 or 15 minutes. That’s not enough when your house is 43 F.

  • Field_Generald
Kenneth Mims (@Field_Generald) reported from Cedar Hill, Texas

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor My issue is every neighborhood around us has power now but my subdivision doesn’t. We aren’t even a 10yr old subdivision. Wth!!! But I’m still getting charged for electric somehow total BS!!! Get your **** together only in Texas this **** happens!!

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor I sure hope so, my bedridden mother’s temperature went down to 96 last night. She can’t last long in a house without heat

@JamesPikulinski @oncor That's wrong. Maybe that's why they all want us to go to Solar, so companies like ONCOR can take the day off and not have to work for their customers. That sucks. @oncor needs to do better. We're FORCED to use you, the LEAST you can do is be CONSISTENT in providing power.

  • VinnyNeww
    Vinny New (@VinnyNeww) reported

So powers out again @PflugervilleTX @oncor . 2nd time in 2 days. Once again I ask you PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE! Do not just band aid it. Pay workers to stay and FIX the issue. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE I HAVE WORK TO DO
