So we got 2 helicopters last night about 100ft above our heads not on radar (one with lights totally off) and then it looped back around 5min later. Then a power outage confirmed by a @nationalgridus email at 2:30am. Ok so I predicted outages a day or so too early? @USArmy

@nationalgridus @nationalgridus has gotten so bad. You cannot talk to anyone by phone . Waits 30 mins or longer if they pick up, then you get a call back from Someone who doesn’t want to work and seems like they are being tortured for having to answer the call. Get split heaters go all electric

@nationalgridus No need now. After a long almost 2 weeks , a tech finally showed up close to 8pm last night. Hopefully in the future , customer service does a better job at relaying information , and helping, out the customer. Have a good day.

@nationalgridus yeah.. I have been waiting for @nationalgridus to turn my gas on for 3 days now in Rome NY. It is an EMERGENCY turn on.They have not showed up. Yet they are charging me for Delivery. How can they charge you for something they have turned off? Well because they are a Scam artiest!
