Stolen id wrong appointment address. she used lives at second floor back - 23 lowell street methuen ma. She was throw out off the appointment. This is an acted.     @nationalgridus the SC1 VTOU bills that you just sent out to NY customers are beyond criminal. Seems like price gauging during a weather emergency (extreme cold) for much of the state. Sad that is how you treat long time customers who pay their bills on time.

    @nationalgridus This update and the one you updated @ 3pm say the exact thing! I check on my account and all I see is TBD how long is this going to be TBD also your text message says outage is Null @ to please check back later for updates… to no avail I have zero answers when pwr w/be restored

    @nationalgridus We experience outages every month in Guilderland, New York. Still no power, even though the power was promised to be restored by 11am ET.

    @nationalgridus But in munnsville yall tell us our powers been restored twice when it hasn’t, no assigned crew and no sense of urgency it feels when we’re having 90+ degree weather, I get there’s a lot of people to get to but to tell us yall fixed the problem when you haven’t is ridiculous.

    @nationalgridus @nationalgridNY @MakeAWishMNY This is AT LEAST the 7th time this summer the east shore of Schroon Lake has suffered a power outage! Twice this week! This is unacceptable! If it is so hard to keep the lights on here, maybe we need another utility to do the job. I’m sure upper management does not have this!
