    We waited over 3 weeks for @nationalgridus to disconnect the service at our Methuen MA location… and now more than 2 weeks waiting for them to put it back. This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!

    The gas meter replacement was supposed to be a free service, and thanks to their technician not knowing how to do his job properly, I'm now out money for that? @nationalgridus great service you have here.

    @nationalgridus not only do yall have the worst customer service representatives and supervisors. Ya service team is incompetent and never shows up for their appointments. Your employee show no compassion for your customers. This company has no business servicing, new york city!

    @nationalgridus why is your customer service line saying you’re closed but says you’re open Monday through Friday 7am-7pm but when I call at 2pm it says closed

    @nationalgridus @nationalgridMA I requested a disconnect for August 1. You confirmed. You kept charging me after August 1 anyway. I called and you admitted your error but STILL made me send a dispute form. I mailed it August 26. I called 3 times since and you have no update. Gonna help or do I have to sue you?

    @nationalgridus left me without hot water this weekend - with a snow storm holding me hostage since Saturday night - after not showing up on Friday. I never post about customer service issues, but as a disabled individual, this has completely ruined my experience moving into a new space.
