    @MetroByTMobile @MetroPCS I ported into Metro less than 12 hrs ago & called customer care to move my device to a different one. 2 calls & 2 hours later I am still on the old device as they couldn’t figure this out & in return suspended my number & only way to get it back is pay

    Just wanted everyone to know that @TMobile @MetroByTMobile is getting over one everyone Everytime your phone bill goes past due on the prepaid they turn your services off and offer a 3 day extension in which they turn off your Internet problem is after u pay duedate don't change

    Is there a reason that the @MetroByTMobile employees in Philly never answer for the customers calling their stores? I literally called every store in West and North Philly. Is this a store wide culture of employees not answering the phones? I want my damn bake set!

    @MetroByTMobile My device was shipped on the 1st. Never arrived. All of a sudden at 2:52 AM PST the stolen device just popped online and activated. And you closed my case that you had open with UPS. I am now out the money for the device.

    Count your days @MetroByTMobile … I ordered a tablet that never got here, and then y’all suspend my account for not paying the random 2:30 AM charge to which was an activation that was not approved by me even though I had already reported the situation. 🙄 lord help ..
