    It’s insane that @MetroByTMobile makes me watch 3 freaking ads to make a phone call. I had to wait 3 minutes before I could call 911 for my mom!!! Fix this metro!! I smell a lawsuit if this happens again.

    @ZOrtiz99 @Andy8671025 MetroPCS (Metro by T-Mobile) is just their prepaid brand. You’re getting the same service minus with Metro, minus the satellite, perks, and maybe a few roaming agreements. You mention affordability, I’d stick with Metro.

    @Nati_Sports I got MLB TV for free via @MetroByTMobile. Today watching the Reds here in Dayton. No blackout. Maybe down the line, idk. But today no blackout.

    @Crime_In_NYC It is 100% the fault of the criminals, however, places like @MetroByTMobile need to setup proper partitions like they have at **** shops or liquor stores in order to guard their employees. This poor employee could've died easily in this situation. These companies KNOW how awful these neighborhoods are, and if they want to continue their businesses in such places, then take the precautionary measures to protect it.

    @MetroByTMobile I appreciate the offer to help but it’s been made nearly impossible, or rather very inconvenient, for me to follow-up or get any resolution. The corruption, cover-up and manipulation of my environment for the purpose of “research” keeps the psychopathic cycle in-motion.

    Anyone have a cellphone they recommend? I was on hold by @MetroByTMobile supervisor for 45 minutes and got hung up on, called again, spoke to a different supervisor who has now put me on hold for an hour & im sure they will pull the **** again of clicking on me. Very professional

    @MetroByTMobile My sim pin is locked out and unable to access network, but your customer care and store are insisting, there is no way to get replacement sim or PUK despite ordering from T-Mobile website.

    @MetroByTMobile its ridiculous you dont have upgrade discounts for exsisting customers. Ive had your service for 10+ years and never missed a payment but have to pay full price for a damn phone to upgrade, its ridiculous and makes me want to find a new carrier

    @MetroByTMobile Bottom line, you sold me a **** phone. Has issues. Your salesman, said better me then him who has to pay for it. Your csr's via telephone, (and I have this on recording) were insulting, calling names, intentionally creating an impossible environment to resolution. Etc
