    @TMobile The guy literally said 15 dollars 10 dollars to 60 on a bill payment so what is really going in with this& no it's also an extra charge as well so yeah who are these people trying to up rate a paid plan and yeah it is happening pimping out service isn't ok either @MetroByTMobile

    @TMobile So why is the biggest ugliest problem in our Bill's&the have been suited2not fit your customers as well as saying that we pay the bill then say you value your customers when thepandemicpayment was paid as well as more trying to be charged @MetroByTMobile then literally adding on

    Maybe Ben Isakoff, but that still doesn't sound right. Okay, you stepped down yielding to "undisclosed", i rapped my efforts to get to know @sundarpichai Mostly because something effed up is going on with Verizon or between Verizon & MetroPCS. We're losing revenue to Prism...

    @sundarpichai I am having serious problems finding the Google alternative to Chrome on MetroPCS networks. I'm aware several other search engines I have not seen since 2008 or prior. I'm fond of children's programming, but this goes beyond pranksterism into tortious hinderance.

    Is there a reason that the @MetroByTMobile employees in Philly never answer for the customers calling their stores? I literally called every store in West and North Philly. Is this a store wide culture of employees not answering the phones? I want my damn bake set!

    @MetroPCS has the worse customer service over the phone and disconnected my sevice improperly i need to speak to a supervisor in regards to this, i would never recommend

    @MetroPCS is horrible 0/10 would not recommend. They take your money with no problem but when it’s time to stop you are required to go into store! Straight Bs please never sign up with autopay.

    I had jilly as a kid nbut not anymore because someobody threw away my big asmss toybox when I was in middle or high school and I was never the same because it had all of my most treasured possessions in there like my metropcs phone and well.

    @MetroByTMobile I was attempting to help my elderly neighbor pay their account as he's hard of hearing & non-ambulatory You make it extremely difficult to reach an agent should an account become suspended. It's shameful when the elderly/disabled are affected by these practices

    Again tonight.... Thank you @MetroByTMobile for my amazingly great 5G home internet service for $40. Was streaming video from 5 different sources earlier as well as using my phone. Not a hiccup whatsoever at any time. I keep asking myself why I was paying @Ask_Spectrum $90/Mo

    @MetroPCS @MetroByTMobile I was told you have a promotion by a rep over the phone for a free Samsung tablet and that I would just have to pay $15. You guys took $330 out of my account. That was unauthorized. The rep said I would have to wait until I receive the tablet then I would need to send it back. And then you could refund me. What a bad experience. I wouldn’t have bought the tablet if I had know it was $330.
