It's shameful when the elderly/disabled are affected by these practices

Jessica Nicole (@jessloveslife1) reported@MetroPCS @MetroByTMobile I was told you have a promotion by a rep over the phone for a free Samsung tablet and that I would just have to pay $15. You guys took $330 out of my account. That was unauthorized. The rep said I would have to wait until I receive the tablet then I would need to send it back. And then you could refund me. What a bad experience. I wouldn’t have bought the tablet if I had know it was $330.
