@metronetfiber @LeroyOrtiz19 Metronet never answers the phone and the web support sucks. Internet is always going out and they make you sit on hold for an hour. Been on hold for the second time for 35 minutes. They have 1 person who works there. All their field techs are contractors.

@metronetfiber I switched to you and it is slower than 90’s dial up. On hold for 30+ minutes waiting, selected 2 for a call back, you called, no one on the line, hung up on me. Service sucks I pay you $32 more than 💩 @ATT . Who do I go to now?

@metronetfiber my service is out again. That's twice in the past 2 weeks. Probably because my cable is not yet buried. This is beyond ridiculous. This makes 10? 12? Times in the past year.

@metronetfiber If I hear that word again I might snap... It doesn't seem to mean anything. Here we are, 4pm on MONDAY (nearly 24 hours past that initial 48 hour escalation promise), still no service and now I can't get a timeline fpr my service to be restored. 5/

@metronetfiber I should not have to log in to see service disruptions. 20 hours in and no updates on when service will be restored. Your customer service reps are rude and provide no information. 12+ hour service outages are a frequent occurrence get real engineers
