@metronetfiber Please do everyone a favor and drop eero as your choice router to bundle. Their latest software version has made four paper weights in my house eero support is completely useless. They gotta fix the bugged software but no one in that company seems interested.

@metronetfiber my service is out again. That's twice in the past 2 weeks. Probably because my cable is not yet buried. This is beyond ridiculous. This makes 10? 12? Times in the past year.

Was hoping @metronetfiber would be a better ISP. Service is fine but God help you if you need support. Almost 2 hours on hold & never got connected. Text service keeps timing out without a response. Without Internet most of weekend. Probably time to move on...

Whatever you do in your life, do NOT sign up for @metronetfiber internet. Not only did they put our fiber cable IN THE AIR instead of underground, so we have stuff hitting the cable and knocking out or interwebz all the time, AND they keep canceling our support tickets. Big L, yo
