@metronetfiber I had a guy on Friday and tell me that Metronet was installing these modems (whatever you call them) into all the houses. He described it like the old phone lines. They just installed in and now I’m supposed to be billed? I never asked for the service.

@metronetfiber Story time: My service went in and out Wednesday morning, dying for good mid-afternoon. The first available tech visit was Friday afternoon, not great, but I can deal. Everything inside the house checks out, it has to be out at the terminal. That location wasn't properly 1/
