    @TiVoSupport Mediacom customer with Tivo boxes. Do you have beta testers testing any of these new software updates? The Tivo+ experience is absolutely painful! Not to mention the nearly daily reboots just to get tivo box up and running. Could you please step your game up...

    @MediacomSupport just got my internet installed & this is the first time I’m trying to use it since. I can’t even complete a simple google search. & the mediacom website just halfway loaded after 8 minutes. This ain’t a good look 👀 Just got off of a 14 hour shift....plz help.

    @MediacomSupport Last night, a truck spead down my street and took out my internet cable line from my house to the pole. I called Mediacom last night and couldn't get an ETA for repair. I work from home and need the internet. Can I get more info on repairs?

    So the website they sent me to says it’ll be midweek before service is restored. Their FB said it should be back the next day or two. Called on Saturday and was told it was a server issue. Website says it’s downed trees. Any real answers? Dm sent @MediacomCable @MediacomSupport

    Starting day 8 with no cable or internet service. @MediacomSupport & @MediacomCable will not give any indication as to when service will be restored. I guess when my payment is late they will be “patient and understanding”.

    I'm really at the point where I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service and antiquated computer system of @MediacomSupport This is the second month in a row that their system has messed up and put my mobile phone payment on my broadband account. Therefore it shuts off my mobile service! Nobody at @MediaComUS is listening
