    Still waiting on @IRSRefundHelp @IRSnews @IRStaxpros to get their **** together!!! Its been 5 months and STILL no refund. Filed and accepted first part of Feb. The #IRS WILL be paying that interest. I promise you that.

    @united I have been trying to resolve a double charge ($375 → $719) for 299 days. Your team confirmed the error, yet later denied it. The invoices provided don’t match what I paid and appear fabricated. Still no refund. @USDOT @IRSnews

    Have you ever tried calling IN to the @IRSnews? What a nightmare to try to talk to a human. Now, the lady I did get was very pleasant to speak to. To get ahold of someone is the problem. People have questions & are trying to file correctly. Stop giving us the run around!

    @coinbase My access to Coinbase account is blocked, and it is ok, not planning to use/do not need account reinstatement. I am struggling to obtain my 1099-DA reporting form, all support channels are locked out. @IRSnews @TheJusticeDept please make Coinbase release our tax docs!!

    @IRSnews What about if it's been mailed ? I mailed my Federal refund and state together on the same day January 27th I received my state refund but not the Federal. Refund. And when I call the where's my refund for an updated status I get the same response no records found.

    @IRSnews just reaching out to see if you think it would be a good idea to have actual employees? Seeing that it’s been 7 calls & 3+ hours of hold and disconnections. I know you guys have a bunch of errors & issues & aren’t helpful at all or want to help. But just a thought…
