@IRSnews When it's time to collect payment, they're the first to send letters and even warn you that they can withdraw money from your bank account or seize your assets, forcing you to hire a lawyer. But when it's time to issue a refund, they take almost a month.

I got the recorded calls . T hey also refuse to give information. They are ignorant to tax payers bill of rights. Will this issue be addressed?
