@z3ro_K @IN_MI_Power And now it is 8:30 pm. We made an appointment for today *4 days ago* for our power to be turned off then on again. Tonight, we’ve called 4 times and not even gotten an explanation or an estimate from anyone of how long this might last. Why is this happening?

@IN_MI_Power We are in Sawyer MI and have been without power for over 24 hours. I understand this is major project, but you all need to be better prepared for these situations. The historic changes in weather patterns are observable. This is completely unacceptable.
