@IN_MI_Power Don’t worry our uptime was 11pm yesterday and got moved to 10pm today. It’s 6pm now and they haven’t even started working on the downed tree in my area or a completely snapped pole and crushed box. This is by far the worst storm response I’ve ever seen.

Just a shout-out to @IN_MI_Power for being terrible and threatening to charge us $27.50 if we report a power outage and it turns out to be our equipment and not theirs. They have to know this is gonna create a chilling effect and prevent people from reporting, right???

@IN_MI_Power I’m at 309 E Washington in Muncie and we haven’t had power for an hour. Looks like our neighbor has power. Any idea how much longer this outage will last? Electric is in landlord’s name so I can’t formally report an outage.

@IN_MI_Power We are in Sawyer MI and have been without power for over 24 hours. I understand this is major project, but you all need to be better prepared for these situations. The historic changes in weather patterns are observable. This is completely unacceptable.

@MidwestMutineer @IN_MI_Power @SBTribune And why was our power turned back on so sporadically? Across the street had power, my side didn't, but the block behind us did, but the block ahead of us didn't have power on one side only. We lost the food in our fridge we bought for the storm.

UPDATE: @IN_MI_Power released a storm update at 4 p.m. saying 16,250 people in the Fort Wayne area are without power, which is still expected to return to all homes by tomorrow at 11 p.m.
